What we did for the Client

We built a separate Conference website that was focused on one segment. Whilst the College had a website which focused on its bed and breakfast segment, the College wanted, for SEO purposes, a second site that they could optimise for this market.

About the Client

Christ’s College, part of the University of Cambridge, is a diverse and inclusive academic community and has been at the cutting edge of education for more than 500 years. Distinctively amongst the Cambridge Colleges, it is small enough to be friendly and personal yet large enough to welcome staff and students from over sixty countries, and everyone can find others with interests to match their own. Christ’s occupies a spacious site in the centre of Cambridge, allowing College members easy access to the city’s cultural, historical, and intellectual heritage. In addition, the College also offers Conferencing and Bed and Breakfast outside of term time to support the financial running of the College.

The Goal

To Create a specific conference market that focused on the conference and catering rooms in the college, rather than the student bedrooms, which their B&B website did.
