Christ's College Cambridge runs a boutique B&B inside one of the city's most celebrated historic buildings. Despite the exceptional product, the majority of bookings arrived through third-party OTA platforms, each one charging a commission and controlling the guest relationship. The college needed a direct-booking website that could convert guests before they reached the platforms.
